Advanced MXP-509 Fault Tolerant Network Card for MxPro 5. The Ad-NeT network system enables seamless integration of MxPro 5 control panels, remote terminals, and network peripherals, all connected via standard fire-resistant two-core cable. This system delivers the advantages of distributed intelligence while reducing installation costs. It supports everything from a small two-panel setup to a large-scale 200-panel network.

Operating as a true peer-to-peer system, the Ad-NeT network facilitates the exchange of information between any input or output device, which can be displayed on any MxPro 5 panel or remote terminal. Simply adding a network card instantly connects any MxPro 5 control panel or remote terminal to the network. Once assigned a valid network node address, the new panel becomes visible to the entire system, allowing for easy future expansions.

All panels come with built-in diagnostic features and a network analyzer, providing essential status and fault information. During commissioning, the system can prevent the transmission of fire or fault signals, ensuring a smooth setup process.

For more complex installations, the PC-NeT Mx configuration software allows detailed sector-based programming. This includes controls for Mute, Silence, Resound, Reset, and other actions like investigation delays, group disablements, and test instructions. Each panel within the same sector shares common control features, while panels and remote terminals can be programmed to display specific network information on a zonal level. The cause and effect functionality allows any input device to trigger any output device on any panel.
