Returns Policy

Cancellation of an order is subject to a 25% handling charge.

Products under warranty should be returned to Fire Systems Direct Ltd. If product found to be faulty a free of charge replacement will be immediately despatched.

If product found to be in complete working order, the same product will be immediately despatched back to you.

If you have product that is surplus to requirements; less than 6 months old, unopened and still in original packaging. The product will be accepted back but subject to a 25% handling charge.
