The C-Tec NC802DEWM is an IP65-rated waterproof alert point, designed for use in wet areas like swimming pools. It generates Standard or Emergency calls on the 800 Series Call System and features a light grey back box, yellow lid, and bright red push button. The red reassurance LED confirms when a call has been made. This unit includes a magnetic reset facility (requires NC803M reset key, sold separately) or can be wired to a separate 800 Series reset point. It comes with two stickers: ‘Call for Assistance’ and ‘Push for EMERGENCY’.
